"La Familia Restaurant"

La Familia Sizzlers and Restaurants started as a nondescript roadside store at the boundary of Baliwag and Bustos, Bulacan, in 1985. The "La Familia Restaurants" was established by the Alejo Family. The "La Familia" Started as only a small canteen. Romeo and Normita Alejo are the owner of restaurants, would serve merienda items and later on meals. The busy area became popular layover salesmen and medical representatives, so the family renovated their old house to become a dining area which allowed transients to rest for a couple of hours after they meals.







In 1990, they decided to formalize the business and call it "La Familia", since the entire family was involved in the business. Then in 1998, a huge space was offered to them for lease along Doña Remedios Trinidad Highway. Here they introduced sizzling steaks and seafood to the market and became so popular that soon,
similar restaurants mushroomed in the area and tried to copy them. 




This pushed them to constantly look for ways to improve and innovate their products and services. 
Soon, they expanded their catering services to accommodate their customers in Metro Manila and other parts of 
Luzon. Their restaurant can accommodate more than 100 guests and operates daily from 9am to 9pm
It houses two air conditioned functions rooms for 80 and 150 persons, and 2 al fresco dining rooms that can 
seat 200 and 800 guests





They used this part of restaurants for the "events or occasions" like family orientation, birthdays, debut and other occasions and events.



La Familia's  vast menu selection ranges from favourite Filipino dishes to great international cuisines.

We ordered at the place three best-selling menu plus the desert and drinks, and these are native "Okoy, Calderetang Baka, Hot Sisig, Leche Plan and 1 Pitcher of Nestea (IceTea)". 


They used fresh and tender meat that when it was cooked and you eat this food it is so tender and easy to eat because of juicyness of meat like when we ordered some "Hot Sisig" it is so yummy, tasty and tender as well as (Calderetang Baka).

This hot sisig is their no.1 specialty, because they inherit the menu from their ancestors. One reason why it is special is they serve it sizzling to the customers. This menu(sisig) is so delicious that it marks to our palate. When you smell and taste this sisig you will truly gain your appetite with this so yummy and tasty sisig. I admit that you will get back at the place repeatedly.

Our comment about the "Hot Sisig":

Ian Bas: Hot sisig is very juicy because of softness of meat.

Jiogenis Batarra: It is hot and spicy that you will gain your appetite.

Annabel Torres: I like this sisig because of it's fresh and soft meat.

John Carlo Laderas: The hot sisig have a tender juicy meat and sweet and spicy.

Justine Ann Duncil: The smell of sisig have a good and delicious smell.
